No-Fear Pressure Canning

Learn the procedures for safely canning low-acid foods, such as vegetables and meats, in a pressure canner. In this workshop we’ll can green beans and learn about the different types of pressure canners. Participants will take home a jar of green beans.

Each class costs $20.00 ($15 for 2 classes or more) and includes take-home foods from each class. Make check payable to “CCE Wayne”, mail to Cornell Cooperative Extension, 1581 Rt. 88 N, Newark, NY 14513. Payment must be received 3 business days before the class.
