Jams & Jellies for the Holidays

Jam or jelly can make a perfect holiday gift! Learn the art and science of making jellied products using a seasonal recipe. Participants will take home a preserved product made at the workshop.
Each class costs $20.00 ($15 for 2 classes or more) and includes take-home foods from each class. Make check payable to “CCE Wayne”, mail to Cornell Cooperative Extension, 1581 Rt. 88 N, Newark, NY 14513. Payment must be received 3 business days before the class.
