In this workshop you will learn the proper methods for canning boiling-water bath foods (salsa, tomatoes, jams, jellies, and pickled foods), as well as pressure-canned foods (non-pickled vegetables, meats, and other low acid foods).
CCE Master Food Preserver Cailin Kowalewski will also be happy to answer any burning questions you may have about food preservation. This class is great for beginners or for canning veterans who want to refresh their knowledge on safe procedures.
