Produce Safety School

This is a full-day program focusing on putting farm food safety into daily production practices.

Topics:

  • Surface water testing (how-to) and understanding the results (then what?)
  • How to conduct farm assessments (wildlife, pre-harvest, post-harvest…), why, and next steps
  • Wash/pack line set up
  • Wash equipment and food contact surface clean up
  • Using sanitizers in the wash line

COST includes lunch:
