Two Day Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) Training

GAP is a voluntary program that verifies the safe growing, handling, packing and holding of produce. More institutions, including schools and other distributors of
produce are seeking GAP certification. By completing the two day training you
will LEARN:

 How to Identify Food Safety Risks on Your Farm
 Strategies to Mitigate the Risks
 How to Satisfy Food Safety Requirements for Farm to School
 How to Create a Food Safety Plan for Your Farm

Cost includes materials on an USB stick, and food for 2 attendees, Let us know if you need printed materials and/or have food allergies
