Slowly build strength and mobility in this FREE 8-week strength training program. Classes meet Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:30 to 11 am at CCE Wayne - 1581 State Route 88, Newark with a longer Orientation Day class on Monday, March 9th from 9:30 - 11:30 am and a post-assessment session on Monday, May 4th.
