We will be covering topics like is it cheaper to buy in bulk? Incorporating the pantry's food into our health goals, navigating a food label, MyPlate, basic nutrition and so much more. We will also be doing food demonstrations and food samples with what we make together each time we meet. Thursdays at 10 am at Emmanuel Methodist Church in Newark.
