This year's event will be held at The Terrance at Newark, 208 Route 88 South, Newark NY 14513.
This educational event gives youth an opportunity to showcase their food preparation and presentation skills while highlighting agriculture products grown or produced in New York. Youth gain skills in ideal nutrition practices while adapting recipes, learning about nutritional value of ingredients, and planning well balanced meals through a “silent demonstration”.
All participants will recieve a green 4-H apron for participating and we request all participants wear a white or black shirt with jeans. Please send recipe by November 6th to mss466@cornell.edu so we can include it in the recipe book. Think healthy!!
