If you are exhausted by power struggles or constantly worrying that your child isn't eating enough, you are not alone!

Picky eating is a completely normal developmental phase, but it doesn't have to rule your household. Join us for Picky Eating 101, a judgment-free workshop designed for parents and caregivers of toddlers and young children. In this session, you’ll learn:

  • The Golden Rule of Feeding: How shifting responsibilities at the table instantly cuts out mealtime power struggles.
  • The Myth of the "Clean Plate": Why bribing backfires and how to handle food rejection calmly.
  • Smart Menu Tweaks: How to use "safe foods" and deconstructed meals so the whole family can eat together.
  • Real-World Strategies: Practical tips to create a routine that fosters a lifetime of healthy, adventurous eating

The workshop is FREE. Registration is required.
